Who we are

Arc Enemies is made and published by Zaltair LLC (“Zaltair”, “we”, “us”). If you have any questions about this policy, email support@zaltair.com.

Information we collect

Offline play: nothing. Pass-and-play and games against the computer don't need an account, and they collect no personal information of any kind.

Online play (optional) needs a free account. If you create one, we collect:

• Login details. Your email address if you sign in with an emailed link, or an account ID from Apple or Google if you use Sign in with Apple or Google. With Apple, you can choose to hide your email address.
• Your display name. The name you pick is shown to the other players in your matches. Please don't use your full real name.
• Match data. For each online match: its settings, who's playing and in what order, whose turn it is and when it's due, and every shot (angle, power, and weapon). Secret alliance offers are stored so that only the two players involved can see them.
• A notification token, if you turn on "your turn" notifications. This is an ID from Google or Apple that lets us send a notification to your device. It isn't your phone number.

We don't collect your contacts, location, photos, advertising ID, or usage analytics. There's no chat: the only messages between players are the game's built-in alliance offers.

What’s saved on your device

To remember where you left off, the game saves your options (display style, interface size, motion effects, gravity setting, and sound and music volume) and the player names you last typed, so you don't have to type them again. This is stored only in the app's private storage on your device. It is never sent to us or anyone else, and we can't access it. Uninstalling the app, or clearing its data in your device settings, permanently erases it.

Purchases

Arc Enemies has no real-money purchases today. Any in-game money or shop is part of the game itself: you earn it by playing, and it can't be bought.

We plan to offer an optional, one-time pack of extra weapons and tank designs. If we do, Google Play (or Apple's App Store) will handle the payment, and we'll never see your card details. As the seller, we'd receive only the store's basic transaction record (such as an order number, the product, the price, the date, and your country), used for accounting, taxes, refunds, and support. We'll update this page with the details before it ships.

Where your data is stored

Online play data is stored on Supabase's servers, which may be in the United States or other countries. It's encrypted in transit, and access rules limit each player to their own matches.

Internet access

Offline play doesn't use the internet.

Online play connects to our game server to sign you in, send your shots, and load your opponents' turns. Your connection to the server is encrypted (HTTPS).

Ads, analytics, and third parties

Arc Enemies has no advertising, no analytics, and no tracking. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we don't share it for marketing.

To run online play, we use a few service providers. They process data only on our behalf, to provide their service:

• Supabase hosts our game database and handles sign-in (privacy policy).
• Apple and Google, if you choose Sign in with Apple or Google, confirm who you are (Apple, Google).
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) and the Apple Push Notification service deliver "your turn" notifications if you turn them on.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

App stores

If you download Arc Enemies from Google Play (or, in the future, the Apple App Store), that store handles the download under its own privacy policy: Google, Apple. Depending on your device settings, the store may give developers anonymous, aggregated statistics and crash reports (for example, install counts or which device model a crash happened on). These reports don't identify you, and we use them only to fix bugs.

Children’s privacy

Offline play collects nothing from anyone and is fine for all ages. Online play is for players 13 and older (or the minimum age in your country). We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, email us and we'll delete it.

Your choices and rights

You can change your display name in the game at any time. To delete your account, use Delete Account in the game's online settings, or email support@zaltair.com from the address you signed in with. We delete your login, display name, and notification token within 30 days. In matches you shared with other players, your shots stay so their match history still replays, but they're no longer linked to you.

We keep your account data only while your account exists. You can also ask us for a copy of your data, or to correct it.

Data saved on your device is yours: clear it by uninstalling the app.

Changes to this policy

Arc Enemies is still being built. If what it collects changes (for example, adding purchases), we'll update this page before that version is released and change the effective date above.
